We adopted 5 phases approach to delivering a factory build. Each
phase is a very well defined and we have a strict program to
ensure that project is delivered quickly and efficiently:
Phase 1 : Concept Design and Preliminary Budget Discussion.
Phase 2 : Client Approval, Development and Go/No Go decision making.
Phase 3 : Preliminary & Detailed Design.
Phase 4 : Tender Offer Issuance, Appraisal and Contract Preparation.
Phase 5 : Machines & Equipment Purchasing, Building Construction,
Machines Installation, Test Run, Commissioning, Operations
Training and Project Handover.
